WHO WE ARE

Computer Village is a community based not-for-profit corporation in St. Louis, Missouri.  Computer Village is dedicated to teaching personal computer skills to underserved citizens in the age range from 4 years to 104.  Our learning centers charges no fee to individuals and families that attend the main facility at 4411 N. Newstead, St. Louis, MO.

Computer Village was founded in 1995 by Don Holt. Computer Village staff and its volunteers, understand the importance of patience and caring for others as they teach computer technology concepts.  Each instructor believes that every client comes with his or her special talents (which may be latent in computer savvy).  Creative reviews and lesson plans with real life examples, which our students can relate to, are constantly used.  Classes are built around the “African Village” concept. love and respect for our brothers and sisters of the world is actively practiced.
